Establishing Jumu'a in a market mosque
Question
In the mosque of the shrine of Hazrat Shah Kalimullah the five daily prayers, the prayers of the two Eids and the tarawih of Ramadan are held regularly and continuously. The mosque is spacious, and several markets are situated by the mosque — a vegetable market, a coat-and-trousers market, a pigeon market and so on; visitors (za'irin) come and go at all times. A long series of markets and bazaars adjoins the mosque. On the highway adjoining the mosque on two sides there is also a constant flow of Muslim travellers.
Answer
If this mosque is not far from the inhabited area, outside the city — as appears from the wording of the question — then establishing Jumu'a here is correct.
