The Conditions of a Welfare Society

Question: Seeing the difficulties of all Muslims, we have founded a society named the “Youth Welfare Society”, which has been established for the poor students of India, the needy, Islamic work and the benefit of Muslims. At present the society has approximately 1000 thousand (?) members in the city of Meerut. Before having the society registered, we await some advice from you, because the society will be run entirely under Islamic laws, and for this we all seek your guidance.

Answer

I have studied the twenty-nine (29) conditions you have written, which are in reality at the level of rules for running the work of the society. Regarding (20), I submit that there the subscription for every past month has been made obligatory, which is (20) (?) a monetary fine; therefore this restriction should be removed. In (21)
