Going to Another Place for Isal al-Thawab and Eating There
Question
A man went to a khatm of the Qur’an at a very distant place. If he does not eat there, he will have to come back hungry, because it is far away. May he eat at that place after the khatm of the Qur’an or not?
Answer
He should not eat there, and there is no need to go there: isal al-thawab can be done from one’s own home as well.
