Putting soil on an old grave

Question

Is it permissible or not to make a grave that has completely collapsed like new again?

Answer

Dishonouring a grave is prohibited by the Shari‘a; therefore sitting on it, walking [on it], throwing filth [on it] — all these things are impermissible.
