Funeral prayer for one who killed his mother or father

Question

There is no funeral prayer over the killer of his parents or the killer of one of his parents, as a humiliation to him (“al-Tanwir”, “al-Durr al-Mukhtar”, “Maraqi al-Falah”, “Shami”, “Fatawa Qadi Khan”, “Rukn-e Din” (“The Pillar of Religion”), p. 194). Is this correct?

In “al-Durr al-Mukhtar” it says: [ar]لا يُصَلَّى على قاتل أحد أبويه إهانة له، وألحقه في النهر بالبغاة[/ar] “The prayer is not performed over one who killed one of his parents, as a humiliation to him; and in ‘al-Nahr’ [the author] placed him with the rebels (bughat).
