Saying “Allah Most High Is Unjust”

Question

Some women were talking among themselves about children; one woman said, “Allah Most High is very unjust: He gives children to some and does not give children to others.” Is this a word of kufr? Does the marriage break by it? Is repentance necessary or not?

Answer

The sentence “Allah Most High is very unjust: He gives children to some and not to others” is a word of kufr — na‘udhu billah, astaghfirullah. She must repent and seek forgiveness, renew her iman, and have the marriage contracted again.
