Dam Is Due for Violating the Wajib Order of Rites

Question

If, in tamattu‘, a woman finds it difficult on the tenth to keep the order between the rami (stoning), the slaughter, the shaving (halq) and tawaf al-ziyara, will she have to give a dam? Likewise, if the people in the women’s caravan also find it difficult to keep the order because of the women, will they have to give a dam?

Answer

Yes, acting contrary to the wajib order makes it necessary to give a dam.
