Does the neighbour receive the reward of a good deed?

Question: If someone performs a good deed, can the reward of that deed reach his neighbour as well, without his conveying it to him, or not?

Answer

If his cooperation was obtained to some degree, then he too is a partner; otherwise he is not a partner. However, in general benefit does reach one from a good neighbour.
