Going to a place where non-mahram women are present
Question
If one neither meets a non-mahram woman in seclusion nor casts a glance at her face, is it then permissible to go to a place where non-mahram women are present, whether they are elderly or not? What is the ruling on visiting women who live in hijab but observe hijab from a religious person and come before them with their heads and so on covered?
Answer
Just as it is obligatory for a woman to observe hijab from a non-mahram man, so it is obligatory for a man to strive to keep away from a non-mahram woman; therefore he should by no means go to such a place.
