Eating the meat of a dead foetus

Question: If the dead young of a slaughtered goat or the like is found inside it, is it permissible to eat its meat or not?

Answer

According to Imam Abu Hanifa ﵀, eating the meat of this young is not permissible. So it is in “Majmaʿ al-Anhur” (vol. 2, p. 512).
