Consuming a kid raised on pig’s milk

Question

Question: If a kid drinks pig’s milk, what is the ruling on consuming its meat? And what is the ruling on its hide?

Answer

The meat of this kid is halal, and its hide may also be used; it does not take the ruling of a pig. If it was raised on that milk on a regular basis, and after weaning was also fed for some time on grass and the like, then there is not even any dislike (karaha) in it.
