A loan from a private fund for Hajj

Question

Question: Zayd is an employee of a firm. Intending to engage in tabligh and to perform Hajj to the House of Allah, he wishes to travel to the blessed Hijaz for one year. For the expenses of the journey he will have to take a loan from his provident fund (the employee’s savings fund). The condition for taking a loan from the provident fund or another fund is that the loan can be obtained only either for building a house or in the name of the wedding of a daughter or sister and the like.

Answer

Through this whole year of striving Zayd wishes to build a house in Paradise, the need for which he feels more than the need for a house here; for this purpose he has an even greater need to take the money.
