A loan taken from jointly owned property
Question
Question: In a trading business there are six partners; each partner’s money is invested in this partnership, and only two partners do the work. The conditions of profit and loss were set as follows: forty per cent to the working partner, and twenty per cent on the total sum (of capital). Then one of the working partners, under pressing needs, took a loan from the shop on his own initiative.
Answer
There is no need to amend the conditions you have already agreed upon; the matter of the loan should be settled.
