Buying the eggs of a hen that damages the neighbours

Question

A man keeps a hen; it causes considerable damage to the neighbours. That man sells its eggs. May we buy eggs from him and use them or not?

Answer

It is necessary for him to make arrangements for his hen so that it cannot cause damage to the neighbours; but buying its eggs is not impermissible — rather, they are halal.
