الْحَلَالُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ، وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُشَبَّهَاتٌ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ، فَمَنِ اتَّقَى الْمُشَبَّهَاتِ اسْتَبْرَأَ لِدِينِهِ وَعِرْضِهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between them are doubtful matters that many people do not know. Whoever guards against the doubtful matters protects his religion and his honor.”

Description

Thaumatin is a protein extracted with water (pH 2.5–4) from the arils of Thaumatococcus daniellii fruit; purification — precipitation, ion exchange, ultrafiltration, sometimes an aluminium adduct. Possible links: lactose carrier (Natex); sodium citrate and lactate as eluents (Tate & Lyle)
