Sleeping in the Mosque Daily When Another Place Is Available

Question

What is the ruling on sleeping daily in the mosque on a rope bed set up there — whether it is the imam or anyone from the neighbourhood — when a room attached to the mosque and a place to sleep are available?

Answer

When another place is available, sleeping in the mosque — and that too daily — is makruh; one should avoid it.
