Collecting Donations in the Mosque

Question

What is the ruling on collecting donations for a madrasa inside the mosque in this way — by saying “Marhaba” and “Subhan Allah”?

Answer

Collecting donations in the mosque for a religious need while saying “Marhaba” and “Subhan Allah” is permissible, but the prayer of those praying must not be disturbed or distracted.
