Using One Mosque’s Money for Another Mosque

Question

In a village there are two mosques: one is rich, the other poor. In the rich mosque there is, for years, no necessary work, not even construction; by contrast, in the other, poor mosque even the plastering remains to be done, and the floor is also incomplete. May the rich mosque’s money be put into the other, poor mosque?
