Opening a House Door into a Mosque
Question
Here in the town of Khatauli two parties bought a piece of land in partnership and also had its foundation filled in partnership. For a long time the land remained like this, with the foundation filled. One party has given his share to the mosque, and the other has built a house on his share; but on the wall that was built in partnership he has built his own complete wall and has left the mosque no right in it, and he has also opened a door of his own inside the mosque.
Answer
The wall of the mosque should belong wholly to the mosque; it should not be kept in partnership. The share of this partner should be bought for the mosque by paying its price, if he will not give it without payment. There should be no door of his house in the mosque; it should be closed.
