Buying a sacrificial animal, then selling it and buying another with its price

Question

And the sacrifice performed with the other cow obtained with the profit — is it permissible or not? Explain, and be rewarded.

Answer

The sacrifice with it is valid. Its price should be treated as the principal, and the profit should be given away in sadaqa.
