Halala after three talaqs

Question

Zayd gave his wife Hinda (who is pregnant by Zayd) three talaqs in one sitting, and also said the words “mother” and “sister”. Zayd was a Hanafi by madhhab and a Barelvi. Seeing Hinda slipping out of his hands, he began to thrash about, and now he has brought a fatwa from those who do not follow taqlid that three talaqs in one sitting do not take effect. He has taken Hinda into his house and says, “Show me a hadith.” Kindly set out the proofs from fiqh and hadith that three talaqs in one sitting do take effect.

Answer

Since Zayd follows the Barelvi school, why would he accept the fatwas of this place? Moreover, since he is a Hanafi by madhhab, why did he bring a fatwa from someone who does not follow taqlid and act on it — especially when it is known that this fatwa is contrary to the Hanafis? Hence, in the present situation, obtaining a fatwa from here for him is a futile act.
