A Letter of Talaq

Question

Question: Kindly and graciously inform us of the answer in the light of the Qur’an and hadith. [ar]آج میں اپنے قلم سے بری کرتا ہوں، اس درمیان میں جو مجھ سے غلطی ہوگئی اس کو معاف کر دیں، اللہ کے واسطے رفاقت، رفاقت، رفاقت، طلاق، طلاق، طلاق۔[/ar] “Today with my own pen I release. Forgive whatever mistake I made in this period. For the sake of Allah: companionship, companionship, companionship, talaq, talaq, talaq.”

Answer

The husband should be asked: if he admits that he wrote this text in order to give his wife talaq, then a major (mughallaza) talaq has taken effect on his wife, and now, without halala, there is no room even for a renewed nikah.
