A Mere Burning Sensation Does Not Nullify Wudu

Question

A man named Ahmad has weakness in all his organs and has for a long time suffered from the illness of nocturnal emissions (ihtilam) and involuntary seminal discharge. Corrupt thoughts often come to him, and on seeing anything at all lustful thoughts arise, because of which a change occurs in the private organ; an urge [to urinate] is felt without urine, or there is a burning sensation in the organ. Will wudu be nullified by this?

Answer

A mere burning sensation, or feeling the urge to urinate, does not nullify wudu as long as nothing comes out.
