Swearing Does Not Nullify Wudu

Question

If, after performing wudu, a person utters abusive words and the like, is it then necessary for him to perform wudu or not? That is, will his previous wudu be broken or not?

Answer

Swearing incurs sin, but it does not nullify wudu; however, performing wudu [again] is mustahabb.
