Does impure ground become pure by drying?
Question
There is a floor made with lime on which children urinate and defecate; it is also wiped clean, but it is not purified. Does such ground become pure after it dries? And if honey falls on it, will that honey be pure or will it become impure?
Answer
Solid (paved) ground made with lime, on which a child has urinated, has become impure. Then, when it was wiped clean and it dried, and no trace of the urine and faeces remained on it, it became pure, and praying on it is valid. The honey that fell on it, if no trace of impurity appeared in it, is also pure.
