Announcing Suhur and Iftar by Siren
Question
In the city of Saharanpur, for a long time, firework charges have been set off in blessed Ramadan at the times of suhur and iftar. Now charges are fired at about eight or ten places, and between them there is a slight difference in time — some are late; about forty rupees are spent daily. The congregational mosque (Congregational Mosque) spends three hundred rupees every year, and the charge is fired in the vegetable market.
Answer
If the announcement of iftar there is the responsibility of the Congregational Mosque, then, if a siren would remove the present confusion and protect against quarrels, those in charge of the Congregational Mosque may buy a siren by mutual consultation. It should be kept outside the mosque, in some three-arched gallery or the like.
