Adding a sura after al-Fatiha in the fourth rak‘a

Question

If in a four-rak‘a fard prayer one forgetfully recites Surat al-Ikhlas after Surat al-Fatiha in the last rak‘a, will sajda al-sahw be due or not?

Answer

Sajda al-sahw will not become necessary (lazim) because of this.
