Nafl prayers after maghrib, isha and zuhr

Question

After maghrib, isha and zuhr the common people pray 2 rak‘as of nafl each. Does this have a basis?

Answer

Two rak‘as are established, four are established too, and six as well; and after maghrib even up to twenty are established.
