Being mindful in every pillar of the prayer

Question

In each pillar [of the prayer] I do not remain aware whether I am now in ruku', in qawma, in sajda or in qa'da. Will the prayer be valid?

Answer

In sha’ Allah ta‘ala, it will be valid, but he should keep striving.
