Praying with phlegm in the mouth

Question

What is the ruling if [a person] keeps phlegm in his mouth but performs the prayer opening his mouth? And what is the ruling if he says the tasbih with his mouth closed?

Answer

If because of this the recitation is abandoned, the prayer will not be valid. How will he say the tasbihs without moving his tongue and lips?
