Praying naked in private

Question

The time is so short that [one can only] perform the fard. Is it necessary in such a case to purify the garment? If a private place is available, may he pray naked or not? And if privacy is not available and he prays in these same clothes, will the prayer be valid, or should he make it up (qada’)?

Answer

Because of the shortness of time, prayer in an impure garment is not valid: it is necessary to purify it. Praying naked is not permissible even in private.
