Is there any allowance for an interest-bearing loan?

Question: What is the need in which taking an interest-bearing loan is permissible?

Answer

At the time of unbearable compulsion, it is hoped that there will be no sin in taking interest. [ar]هكذا حكم سائر المحرمات[/ar] “Such is the ruling of all other prohibited things.”
