Conditions of Testimony for Establishing the Prohibition by Suckling

Question

The parents of Abdulwahid and Kishwara Banu arranged a betrothal between them. When Abdulwahid learned of it, he refused. This was four or five years ago. The two are maternal cousins (children of sisters). Abdulwahid kept refusing for three or four years.
