Guardianship over a Stepdaughter’s Nikah

Question

Khalid married a woman who brought with her a minor girl from her first husband. Now Khalid has married off this minor young girl (saghira). Does this girl, after reaching maturity, have the right to have the nikah annulled or not? And if she is a minor but not a young child — rather, she is discerning — what is the ruling then?
