An Agreement with an Apostate
Question
Question: If some Muslim looks after or supports some Qadiani (a follower of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani) or another apostate, or makes some kind of agreement, or else that Muslim does not call the apostate a kafir, while he also knows that one who does not call an apostate a kafir himself becomes a kafir, and then, despite being admonished, does not desist, does not call the apostate a kafir and makes some kind of agreement, at whatever level it may be, or gives support — what do you consider him to be?
Answer
You are both asking the question and giving the answer yourself; if you know the answer, what need was there to ask? Where is friendship necessary for an agreement? At the Treaty of Hudaybiya (sulh al-Hudaybiya)
