Throwing earth on the deceased with the same hand after touching the private part and emitting madhy

Question

A man, on receiving news of the death of one of his relatives, sets out from home in a state of purity, but on the way he has to travel by bus or cart. Some woman is sitting opposite him — that is, a woman who is a stranger to him — and, out of a satanic impulse, he deliberately kept touching her shoulder or hand with his private part along the way. Now this man also came to doubt whether madhy (pre-seminal fluid) had come out. Even so, he went and threw earth [into the grave].

Answer

Because of this unworthy act on the way, neither did his hand become impure, nor did the earth become impure, nor did the grave become impure, nor did any sin reach the grave, nor will the deceased be punished on account of it. Editor’s note: the emission of madhy breaks wudu, but being in a state of wudu is not a condition for throwing earth on the deceased.
