The funeral prayer in the graveyard (in a building erected for it)

Question

The land for the graveyard here was granted by the local council. In this graveyard, for the convenience of the funeral prayer, a well-wisher of the community built a building at his own expense. This building is not built over any grave, and there is no grave in front of it towards the qibla. There are walls on all four sides of the building, an iron grille on all four sides around the walls, and outside, on all four sides of the hall, there are creepers and flowers.

Answer

Performing the funeral prayer in the mosque is makruh; if there is an excuse, that is another matter — for example, there is heavy rain and there is no place anywhere; otherwise the funeral prayer should not be performed in the mosque. This is what is established from hadith and fiqh.
