Locking the mosque and preventing the funeral prayer in it because donations were not paid

Question

In our village there are two parties: the one with the majority is called Hanafi, and the one in the minority is called Wahhabi. Recently the Hanafi party, accusing the Wahhabi party of not giving donations to the madrasa, boycotted it. When a person from the minority party died, the majority party did not take part in the funeral.

Answer

Praying in the mosque is the right of every Muslim, and it has nothing to do with not giving donations to the madrasa. Locking the mosque and thereby preventing people from the prayer, or not letting them pray in the mosque, is a very great injustice (zulm)
