The Definition of Iltizam of Kufr and Luzum of Kufr

Question

What is the definition of iltizam of kufr (the acceptance of kufr) and luzum of kufr (the entailment of kufr)?

Answer

The essence of luzum of kufr is that a person holds a belief, or adopts an action, or utters a statement from which some kufr follows — yet when he is told that such-and-such kufr follows from it, he does not accept that kufr but disavows it. Iltizam of kufr is when he himself accepts that kufr and does not disavow it.
