Paid labour in building a mandir (a Hindu temple)

Question: What is the ruling on doing masonry work on the mandirs (Hindu temples), churches and the like of the Hindus?

Answer

Doing construction labour for hire on the houses of worship of the people of falsehood (ahl al-batil), such as a church or an idol temple, is makruh tahrimi; one should abstain from it.
