Leasing land to a prostitute

Question

Question: A certain Hajji has leased his land to a woman who is a prostitute, for the indecent act. Will taking its rent be permissible or not?

Answer

Giving land for the indecent act is not permissible. If the land was given for residence and she will commit the indecent act on it, then its ruling is different: the ruling of impermissibility does not apply to it. However, taking money earned through the indecent act as rent is not correct.
