A Muhrim Performing Halq or Qasr Himself to Come Out of Ihram

Question

Question: May a muhrim, when coming out of his ihram, perform shaving (halq) or trimming (qasr) himself, or not? Some people say that in order to come out of ihram it is necessary to have the halq or qasr of one’s head done by someone who is not in ihram.

Answer

He may perform the halq or qasr himself as well.
