Ihram from Dhu al-Hulayfa in Hajj Badal

Question

Question: Is it permissible for one going to perform Hajj badal (proxy Hajj) to go to Madinah before the Hajj and enter ihram at Dhu al-Hulayfa (Bir ‘Ali), or not, given that the miqat of the one who commissioned him is the alignment (muhadhat) of Yalamlam at sea? Will the Hajj of the one who commissioned him be spoiled by this?

Answer

With the permission of the one who commissioned him, it is permissible.
