Using goods from unlawful earnings after marriage

Question

If this courtesan has some goods etc. that are from her impermissible earnings, such as clothes etc., then after she comes into Zayd’s nikah, may she use them? If they are not fit to be used, then what should be done with these goods?

Answer

She used goods from unlawful income — clothes etc. — at a time when she had no lawful income. After the nikah, when food and clothing become the husband’s responsibility, why then should she use goods from unlawful income?
