Going out after combing the hair and wearing flowers

Question

In our area most women, almost every day or often, put on flowers after combing their hair; these certainly also have a fragrance that can attract the attention of a non-mahram as well. So is this permissible or impermissible?

Answer

If they go out of the house in this way among non-mahrams, then there is no permission for it.
