Girls working in a factory

Question

Here in England the rule is that as long as a boy or girl has not reached the age of sixteen, attending school is compulsory; when they reach sixteen, the school gives them work in a factory. So what we wish to ask is this: the girl receives work from the school; in that factory only women’s work is done, and only women work there, there is not even a trace of a man. This factory is a supplier (?).

Answer

At a time of need it is allowed, while observing the limits of the Shari‘a.
