Obtaining children by means of injection

Question

Question: Twelve years have passed since my marriage. The sperm cells (literally "germs") in my semen were found to be dead, so no child is born. The doctors say that just as livestock are impregnated by tube, you should have your wife made pregnant in the same way. Is this method permissible or not?

Answer

Obtaining children by turning a woman into a mare in this way is by no means permissible. Have yourself treated by doctors and traditional physicians, and supplicate to Allah, the Real, Most High.
