The milk of a goat that has not kidded

Question

Question: A goat was mated with a young buck; after the mating this goat remained pregnant and did not kid, but began to give milk, and she gives a lot of milk, as goats give after kidding. Is her milk halal and pure, or haram? Kindly grant a correct answer.

Answer

Her milk is pure and halal. [ar]اللَّبَنُ إِنَّمَا يُتَصَوَّرُ مِمَّنْ تُتَصَوَّرُ مِنْهُ الْوِلَادَةُ[/ar] “Milk is conceivable only from one from whom birth is conceivable” (al-Bahr, vol. 3, p. 449).
