Using the milk and meat of the American cow

Question

Question: There is the American cow — is there anything wrong in drinking its milk or not? If an American cow is impregnated by an Indian bull, or the other way round, will there be anything wrong in such a case or not? Please clarify, so that it may be avoided. If the bull is American, can it be put to work or not, that is, can it be used to draw the plough and the like or not?

Answer

Since this cow is a cow in terms of form, food and the like, drinking its milk, eating its meat, obtaining offspring from it and using it for ploughing and similar work are all sound (permissible).
