The Ruling on a Qadiani

Question

A person who was previously a firm Muslim has now become a Qadiani; he has forcibly made his sister a Qadiani, is also compelling his mother to become a Qadiani, and has made his wife a Qadiani as well. Only one younger brother is not a Qadiani. The request is [to explain]: what is the ruling concerning a Qadiani? Does he become an apostate (murtadd), and does his nikah remain valid or not? If someone, after becoming a Qadiani, repents, can his nikah be contracted again or not?

Answer

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani adopted beliefs of kufr, on account of which he left Islam and became an apostate. Whoever affirms his beliefs of kufr [as true] falls under the same ruling. If a person becomes an apostate, his nikah is annulled (faskh), and the wife passes out of [his] nikah. With such a person it is necessary to cut off entirely greeting (salam)
